Hello, my name is Adela, a versatile business analysis and development professional with over 25 years of experience across several industries, including banking, media, retail sales, and business support. I began volunteering in journalism at the age of 16, an achievement I'm proud of. My background in finance and entrepreneurship has equipped me with extensive knowledge in business development, corporate banking and financing, operations, restructuring, planning and analysis, risk management, and customer relationship management. Additionally, I possess significant expertise in social banking and finance. Over the years, I have developed skills in financial management, risk management, internal processes and policies, legal and compliance, talent acquisition and HR management, diversity and inclusion, and team culture. Recently, I have been working in the non-governmental sector, analyzing and interpreting data, identifying emerging issues, and contributing to strategic planning.
